§ 130.18 DUMPING INTO DRAINAGES OR WATERWAYS.

No person shall dump, place or allow to be placed any trash, limbs, parts of trees or other debris, litter or foreign objects into any drainage or waterway owned by or located upon any property or right-of-way of the city.
