§ 97.99 PENALTY.

   (A)   Whoever violates any provision of this chapter for which another penalty is not specifically provided shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and shall, upon conviction, be fined not more than $500.

   (B)   Whoever violates any provision of §§ 97.15 through 97.20 shall, upon conviction, be guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be fined an amount not less than $500, nor more than $l,000.

   (C)   Any person who shall violate §§ 97.50 through 97.52 shall, upon conviction, be guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be fined an amount not exceeding $500.
