936.01 REQUIRED PAYMENTS PRIOR TO CONNECTIONS.
   No person shall be permitted to tap or make a connection with a water line in the Village or within Sewer District 13 for the use or benefit of any premises, lots or lands unless and until the owner thereof:
   (a)   Pays any tapping or permit charges imposed by the Municipality furnishing water to such premises, lots or lands;
   (b)   Pays all current assessments imposed for the construction and/or maintenance of such water line assessed against the premises, lots or lands to be served or benefitted by such connection determined by dividing the total assessed cost of the installation of such water line by the total front footage of the lots and lands abutting the same.

936.02 PAYMENTS TO THE WATER FUND.
   Except as provided in Section 936.03, the payments specified in Section 936.01 shall be made in cash to the Clerk-Treasurer and shall be placed in an appropriate account in the Water Fund. (Ord. 40-86. Passed 10-6-86.)
