(a) The owner or owners shall have the electrical circuit installed for remote reading registers in accordance with specifications supplied by the Utilities Superintendent and Village Engineer.
(b) The Village Administrator shall establish, and from time to time adjust charges for water meters and for services required to convert to remote metered services.
(c) The Utility Department is authorized to purchase and sell used meters at a price determined by its Village Administrator as a service to water customers.
