   EDITOR'S NOTE: To assure the continued receipt of Federal Revenue Sharing Funds, the City, by Ordinance 2081, passed November 12, 1984, in compliance with Section 51.55 of the Revenue Sharing Regulations of the United States, adopted an official handicapped persons grievance procedure in the form of a document entitled Handicapped Persons Grievance Procedure, copies of which are on file with the City Manager for public review.
