238.12 DISTRIBUTION OF INTEREST EARNED ON INVESTMENTS.

(a) A reasonable portion of the interest earned on interim moneys shall be allocated to the Wastewater Treatment Plant Fund, the Municipal Building Fund and the Water Fund.

(b) The reasonable portion of the interest earned on interim moneys, as provided for in subsection (a) hereof, shall be determined by the Finance Director based on the amount of Wastewater Treatment Plant Fund, Municipal Building Fund and Water Fund moneys invested.

(d) This section shall be effective on and after September 1, 1998.
