Any and all claims presented to the Moral Claims Commission and approved thereby shall be proposed by ordinance to Council for approval and the same shall be referred to the Finance Director for authorization and directed for payment out of the appropriate funds. (Ord. 28-1952. Passed 3-10-52.)
