The Recreation Board shall hire such employees as it shall deem necessary to carry into effect a well-balanced recreation program. Salaries for employees of the Recreation Board shall not exceed twenty percent (20%) of the amount appropriated during any calendar year, except as Council shall otherwise
authorize by ordinance or by provision in the appropriation ordinance upon the recommendation of the Recreation Board. (Ord. 74-1957. Passed 4-8-57.)
