134.01 ESTABLISHMENT; COMPOSITION.

There is hereby established in and for the City of Garfield a Records Commission, composed of the Mayor or his or her appointed representative, as Chairperson, the Finance Director, the Law Director and a citizen appointed by the Mayor.
