There shall be appointed a Medical Examiner by the Mayor to serve at his pleasure. The Medical Examiner shall be a duly licensed practicing physician licensed under the laws of the State of Ohio. Among the duties assigned to him, he shall perform such medical examination of personnel as shall be required of him and he shall forward copies of such examination to the Mayor or the department head involved as shall be directed. He shall charge fees for such examinations in accordance with a schedule of fees kept on file in the Department of Finance. Fees for examinations required by the City shall be at its expense.
