129.01 SERVICE DIRECTOR.

There shall be a Service Director for the City, who shall perform such duties as are prescribed by Charter, City ordinances and the general laws of the State of Ohio, and such other duties incidental and necessary thereto as may be prescribed by the Mayor. The Service Director shall also act as the Director of Public Relief and Welfare.
