128.03 UNIFORM; ARMS.

The members of such Force shall, while serving under the instructions of the Chief of Police, wear a uniform and badge, the design of which shall be determined by the Chief of Police, and when so ordered by the Chief of Police, shall be armed. (Ord. 22-1944. Passed 10-24-44.)
