(a) The Mayor is hereby assigned the duties ordinarily performed by the Safety Director.
(b) Nothing in this section shall be construed as creating a separate position of Safety Director or staffing said position.
(c) All provisions herein shall be retroactive to the effective date of Ordinance 78-2017 (October 11, 2017). (Ord. 68-2020. Passed 8-10-20.)
