126.03 JOURNAL OF REGULATIONS.

The Director of Personnel shall maintain an official journal of regulations established; and such journal shall be open for inspection at all reasonable times. He shall advise all department heads of such regulations promulgated by him and shall forward any changes thereto without delay.(Ord. 9-1975. Passed 1-13-75.)
