126.02 WORK PERIODS.
    The Director of Personnel shall have authority to determine length of work periods and length of workdays for all City employees. He shall recommend
to Council such legislation as may be required to amend or supplement the ordinances of this City to insure compliance with Federal and State regulations. (Ord. 9-1975. Passed 1-13-75.)
