126.01 DIRECTOR OF PERSONNEL.
   The Mayor or his designee shall act as Director of Personnel and he shall
have full authority of formulating such City employment regulations as are required under Federal and State law to implement such laws and regulations assuring compliance by the City. (Ord. 9-1975. Passed 1-13-75.)
