123.01 DIRECTOR OF LAW.

There shall be a Director of Law appointed by the Mayor to serve at his pleasure, pursuant to Section 37 of the Charter of the City, who shall be the Solicitor and Prosecutor for the City. (Ord. 5-1958. Passed 1-13-58.)
