113.02 COUNCIL MINUTE TAPES.

(a) The Clerk of Council shall hold and possess all cassette tapes, or other media that Council may choose to record Council meetings, and said tapes shall be made available to Council upon request.

(b) The Clerk of Council shall hold and possess said medium for a period of six (6) months after the formal Council minutes have been approved.
