(a) The Clerk is required to post the ordinances and resolutions by noon Saturday prior to the next Council meeting at the following locations pursuant to requirements of State law:
(1) Library located at 5409 Turney Road.
(2) Senior/Civic Center located at 5407 Turney Road.
(3) Munchies / Direct Wireless at 4561 E. 131st Street.
(4) Boulevard Convenient at 8808 Garfield Boulevard.
(5) Police Station located at 5555 Turney Road.
(6) The City of Garfield Heights website.

(b) In addition to posting ordinances and resolutions, the Clerk shall also post the minutes of Council in the same location, after approval thereof by Council.
(c) If any of the locations of posting shall not be accessible to the general public for any reason following the enactment hereof, the Clerk is authorized to establish a new location in close proximity to such inaccessible posting location and to confirm such new location by letter in the journal of Council.
