111.12 SPONSORSHIP OF LEGISLATION.

When the Mayor, any Councilperson or the chairperson of any Council committee requests an ordinance or resolution, it shall read: “SPONSORED BY:” followed by the name or names of the person or persons requesting said ordinance or resolution. The next line shall read: “CO-SPONSORED BY:” followed by the names of the Mayor and/or any other Council member who would like to have his or her name on that ordinance or resolution.
