111.03 PRESIDENT PRO-TEMPORE; CLERK.
   The members of Council shall, within five (5) days from the commencement of their term, organize by the election of a President Pro-tempore and a Clerk. The President Pro- tempore shall preside in the temporary absence of the President of Council, and while so doing he/she shall retain all his/her rights and privileges as a Councilperson. The Clerk shall attend all meetings of Council, regular and special, record all proceedings in the minutes, attend to all correspondence incidental to his/her office and perform such other duties as may be assigned to him/her by a majority of Council.
