SECTION 57. CHARTER REVIEW COMMITTEE.

The Charter of the City of Garfield Heights shall be reviewed at least once each four (4) years by an appointed citizens' committee. Such citizens' committee shall be composed of nine (9) electors of this City who shall be selected in the following manner:

(a) Each councilman shall select one member.

(b) The President of Council shall select one member.
