There shall be a Board of Control consisting of the Mayor, Director of Law, Director of Finance, Director of Public Service, the President of Council, and three (3) members of Council to be selected by the President of Council.
Any question brought before the Board of Control resulting in a tie vote shall be brought before the Council as a whole for a final determination.
All Board of Control Meetings shall be held prior to any regular meeting of City Council. In the case of an emergency, a Board of Control Meeting may be held prior to a properly called Special Meeting of Council.
