SECTION 43. DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC RELIEF AND WELFARE.

The Department of Public Relief and Welfare shall be administered by the Director of Public Relief and Welfare in accordance with the general laws of Ohio and ordinances not in conflict with such general laws.
