707.99 PENALTY.

Whoever violates any provision of this Chapter shall be guilty of a second-degree misdemeanor for the first offense. Each subsequent offense shall be guilty of a first-degree misdemeanor. Upon conviction of the third offense their Mobile Food Service Operation Permit, License or Certificate of Registration shall be permanently revoked.
