721.08 HOURS OF OPERATION.

A secondhand dealer hereunder shall not purchase any personal property, bonds, notes, securities or any articles, property or things before the hour of 8:00 a.m. nor after the hour of 8:00 p.m. (Ord. 29-2015. Passed 7-13-15.)
