555.01 DECLARATION OF NUISANCES.

(a) The following activities occurring on residential property, and engaged in by an owner, lessee, occupant or invitee of the owner, lessee or occupant of the residential property or engaged in by the owner, lessee or occupant of the property and occurring within 300 feet of the property are hereby declared to be public nuisances:

(1) Any animal offense under Chapter 505 of the Codified Ordinances.

(2) Any disorderly conduct or peace disturbance under Chapter 509 of the Codified Ordinances.

(3) Any drug law offense under Chapter 513 of the Codified Ordinances or Chapter 2925 the Ohio Revised Code.

(4) Any gambling offense under Chapters 517 or 510 of the Codified Ordinances.

(5) Any health, safety or sanitation offense under Chapter 521 of the Codified Ordinances.

(6) Any littering offense under Chapter 527 of the Codified Ordinances.

(7) Any alcohol offense under Chapter 529 of the Codified Ordinances.

(8) Any tobacco or curfew offense under Chapter 531 of the Codified Ordinances.

(9) Any sex offense under Chapter 533 of the Codified Ordinances.

(10) Any noise offense under Chapter 535 of the Codified Ordinances.

(11) Any offense against persons under Chapter 537 of the Codified Ordinances, except Section 537.14, Domestic Violence.

(12) Any property offense under Chapter 541 of the Codified Ordinances.

(13) Any weapons offense under Chapter 549 of the Codified Ordinances.

(14) Any fireworks offense under Chapter 1519 of the Codified Ordinances.

(b) The following activities occurring on the premises or property of a business or commercial enterprise and engaged in by the owner, lessee, business operator, employee or a patron of the business are hereby declared to be public nuisances:

(1) Any animal offense under Chapter 505 of the Codified Ordinances.

(2) Any disorderly conduct or peace disturbance under Chapter 509 of the Codified Ordinances.

(3) Any drug law offense under Chapter 513 of the Codified Ordinances or Chapter 2925 the Ohio Revised Code.

(4) Any gambling offense under Chapters 517 or 510 of the Codified Ordinances.

(5) Any health, safety or sanitation offense under Chapter 521 of the Codified Ordinances.

(6) Any littering offense under Chapter 527 of the Codified Ordinances.

(7) Any alcohol offense under Chapter 529 of the Codified Ordinances.

(8) Any tobacco or curfew offense under Chapter 531 of the Codified Ordinances.

(9) Any sex offense under Chapter 533 of the Codified Ordinances.

(10) Any noise offense under Chapter 535 of the Codified Ordinances.

(11) Any offense against persons under Chapter 537 of the Codified Ordinances, except Section 537.14, Domestic Violence.

(12) Any property offense under Chapter 541 of the Codified Ordinances.

(13) Any weapons offense under Chapter 549 of the Codified Ordinances.

(14) Any fireworks offense under Chapter 1519 of the Codified Ordinances.
