1373.04 EFFECTIVE PERIOD; REVOCATION.

All permits issued under the provisions of this chapter shall expire on December 31, next following the date of issuance and shall be revocable by the Building Commissioner for good cause. (Ord. 39-1994. Passed 5-9-94.)
