(a) If the Mayor or the Building Official finds the existence of any nuisance other than those enumerated in Section 1375.03, such official shall report such facts to Council which shall thereupon declare such condition, building or structure a nuisance. The Council may specify, upon advice of the Mayor or the Building Official, what reasonable repairs or maintenance measures are necessary to abate such nuisance.
(b) Upon such finding and declaring, the Mayor or the Building Official may proceed provided in the manner provided in Section 1375.03 for the abatement of nuisances.
