1373.03 LIMITED PREMISES LICENSE; APPLICATION.

Application for such permit shall be made to the Building Commissioner and shall state the name of the applicant, the firm name, if any, and place of business, the task to be performed, the address at which the task is to be performed, and shall be accompanied by the permit fee.
