1371.03 SECURING HOUSES; LANDSCAPING.

(a) The Building Department shall secure the vacant house by boarding up all doors and windows with clearboarding (or other acceptable alternative materials, not including plywood).

(b) The City shall maintain the exterior landscaping of the vacant house on at least a biweekly basis.
