1367.06 LOCATION OF ANTENNA.
   (a)   Ground Mounted.
      (1)   No antenna shall be constructed in any front or side yard, but shall be constructed to the rear of the residence or main structure.
      (2)   No antenna, including its concrete base slab or other structure, shall be constructed less than eight feet from any property line or easement.
      (3)   An antenna shall not exceed a grade height of twelve feet.
      (4)   All structural supports shall be of galvanized metal.
      (5)   Wiring between an antenna and a receiver shall be placed at least four inches beneath the surface of the ground with a rigid conduit.
      (6)   Such antennas shall be designed to withstand a wind force of seventy-five miles per hour without the use of supporting guy wires.
      (7)   Any driving motor shall be limited to 110 volts maximum power design and shall be encased in protective guards.
      (8)   An antenna must be bonded to an eight foot grounding rod.
      (9)   An antenna shall be screened with appropriate landscaping as approved by the Building Commissioner which landscaping shall be maintained from and after the date of installation of same.
   (b)   Roof-Mounted. No antenna of five feet or greater in size or height shall be erected on the roof top of any residential, apartment, hospital, school, church or other building (except a commercial building) nor shall any antenna greater than ten feet in size or height be erected on the rooftop of any commercial building.
