1365.09 DESIGNATION OF THE FLOOD DAMAGE PREVENTION ADMINISTRATOR.

The Building Commissioner is hereby appointed to administer and implement this chapter by granting or denying development permit applications in accordance with its provisions. (Ord. 60-1987. Passed 8-10-87.)
