1359.39 INSPECTION AND STATUS REPORT FEES.

(a) The minimum fee for any inspection made under Section 1359.36 shall be ten dollars ($10.00). Dwellings of more than ten dwelling units or rooming units shall pay an additional fee of fifty cents (50¢) for each unit in excess of ten.

(b) The fee for any status report under Section 1359.37 shall be four dollars ($4.00). (Ord. 61-1968. Passed 10-14-68.)
