(a) Application for all permits shall be made in writing to the Building Commissioner by the owner or his agent upon blank forms furnished by the Division of Building, Engineering and Inspection.
(b) All new installation applications shall show "Heat Loss and Gain Construction Data", "Return Air Branch, Stack and Intake", "B.T.U.H.Gain", "B.T.U.Loss" and all other pertinent information needed to insure that the buyer shall have an adequate heating system and the necessary size furnace for the home or building.
(c) Replacement Furnaces: All return air drops and lines shall be tied directly back to the furnace. (Ord. 76-1992. Passed 9-28-92.)
