Pool covers or structures of whatever type, whether air or mechanically supported or otherwise, designed to extend the swimming season, permit night swimming or intended to be used for an occupied outdoor pool in whatever manner, shall not be permitted without prior approval of the Board of Zoning Appeals after public hearing according to law.
