For the purpose of this chapter, "pool" means an excavation, depression, construction, receptacle or container designed or constructed to hold or retain water, and having a capacity of more than 100 cubic feet and being over twenty-four inches deep at any point. (Ord. 71- 1957. Passed 3-25-57.)
