1351.20 SALE OF PREMISES TO BE RAZED OR COMPONENT PARTS THEREOF PROHIBITED.

No part of premises to be razed shall be sold by the principal razing contractor to any person, firm or corporation, either by sale of the entire building for dismantling and salvage or by sale on the site of any of the component parts of the building or structure.
