The application shall be accompanied by an inspection fee of fifty dollars ($50.00) for each building, structure or part thereof. The applicant shall make arrangements with the Building Commissioner to afford an adequate initial inspection of the premises, and should the applicant fail to do this and thus necessitate addtional inspections, the Commissioner is authorized to require an additional fifty dollars ($50.00) inspection fee for each such additional inspection necessary.
