1351.05 PERMIT APPLICATION FORM.

The application for the moving of each building, structure or part thereof, within, through or from the City, or the razing of each building, structure or part thereof within the City, shall be made on forms provided by the Building Commissioner and shall be filed in the office of the Building Commissioner. (Ord. 7A-1969. Passed 8-25-69.)
