There shall be provided upon each lot in the City a driveway constructed of concrete, asphalt or concrete asphaltic material, not less than eight feet wide nor less than four inches thick, with wire mesh included. In lieu of the required wire mesh, approved fiber-mesh concrete may be used. Aprons shall be concrete, no less than six inches in depth.
