1343.04 STORAGE OF MATERIALS ON STREETS.
   The occupation of sidewalks or streets or any public property by articles not intended for immediate use, that is, from day to day in connection with the operations for which the permit was issued, shall not be allowed, except as otherwise herein provided, and except that old brick or building materials taken from a buiding may be stacked in front of the site of the building for a time to be limited by the Building Commissioner in the permit, provided the new building wherein these materials shall be used is to be erected immediately on the site. The maximum area permitted to be occupied shall not extend beyond one-third of the width of the roadway immediately in front of the building site. (Ord. 3-1935. Passed 4-23-35.)
