1341.11 FORMS, RULES AND REGULATIONS; APPEALS.

The Building Commissioner is authorized and directed to promulgate such forms, rules and regulations as are necessary for the efficient administration of this chapter. Rights of appeal from any decision of the Commissioner are provided for in Section 1301.18.
