1341.05 APPLICATION FOR INSPECTION BY DEVELOPER.
   (a)   The developer or his authorized agent shall apply in writing to the Building Commissioner, requesting an inspection of condominium units or common areas of the condominium property, or both.
 
   (b)   The Commissioner shall issue a certificate of inspection or a certificate of compliance, for every condominium unit inspected, within twenty-one days if twenty-five condominium units or less are to be inspected, and within thirty days if more than twenty-five condominium units are to be inspected, and shall issue a certificate of inspection or a certificate of compliance for the common areas within twenty-one days, after application has been made pursuant to this section, when:
      (1)   The developer or his authorized agent has given consent to such inspections, and has agreed to a time during the working hours of the Division of Building, Engineering and Inspection at which the condominium units or common areas shall be available for inspection, and has paid to the Division the application fee in the amount of fifty dolars ($50.00) in the case of an inspection of the common areas, and in the case of an inspection of condominium units, ten dollars ($10.00) per each condominium unit to be inspected; and
      (2)   The Commissioner has inspected the common areas or condominium units and has noted any conditions found during the inspection which are in violation of any ordinances or regulations of the City.
