(a) Professional lawn service operators shall be responsible for cleaning up all cuttings, trimmings, soil and similar debris that accumulates on the sidewalks, driveways and streets of the area in which the work was performed.
(b) When parking on the street, professional lawn service operators shall park any and all vehicles in the proper direction without blocking any driveways or sidewalks other than the customer's.
(c) Each professional lawn services operator shall apply for a license to contract for business in the City. The application shall contain the name, address and principal place of business or office of the applicant, together with a statement as to length of time in business, general experience or knowledge of the applicant, and proof of current liability insurance.
(d) The license shall be in force for a period of one year and the fee shall be fifteen dollars ($15.00). (Ord. 77-1988. Passed 9-12-88.)
