Upon application, any license required under this chapter shall be issued to the applicant by the Building Commissioner, upon payment by the applicant of a license fee of forty dollars ($40.00). Such license shall be issued for a period of one year from July 1 of the year that it is issued and shall expire on June 30 next following the date of issuance. Such license shall be renewed for a like period upon the payment of a license fee of fifteen dollars ($15.00). (Ord. 06-1998. Passed 1-12-98.)
