No picture machine shall be installed, maintained or operated within the City except in conformity with the provisions of this chapter and such other provisions of these Codified Ordinances relating to the installation and construction of a booth for the enclosing of a picture machine as well as the requirements relating to the contents, ventilation, doors, electrical installations and signs thereof together with such requirements relating to the location, construction and other safety regulations for theatres, exhibition or meeting halls, auditoriums or other places of assembly. For the purpose of this chapter, the provisions of the National Fire Codes of the National Fire Protection Association, particularly Pamphlet 101, Life Safety Code and Pamphlet 40, Standard for Storage and Handling of Cellulose Nitrate Film, as well as the Fire Prevention Code recommended by the American Insurance Association and the Ohio Basic Building Code are hereby adopted and included herein by reference as if fully rewritten herein.
