(a) In the event of a conflict between any of the provisions of this “Garfield Heights One, Two and Three Family Dwelling Code”, as adopted in Section 1331.01, and a provision of any other technical code adopted by reference which pertains to one-family, two-family and three-family dwellings in the City, the higher or stricter standard shall control.
(b) In the event of a conflict between any of the provisions of the “Garfield Heights One, Two and Three Family Dwelling Code” and a provision of any City ordinance, resolution, rule or regulation, the City ordinance, resolution, rule or regulation most recently adopted shall control.
