(a) The fee charged for the Certificate of Inspection shall be one hundred and twenty-five dollars ($125.00) for the first dwelling unit or structure and an additional forty dollars ($40.00) for each additional unit in such structure.
(b) A re-inspection fee of thirty-five dollars ($35.00) shall be charged for each re-inspection after the first two re-inspections, to be paid by the owner of the property at the time of the issuance of the Certificate of Compliance.
(c) A property owner who fails to appear at the scheduled inspection time and date agreed to at the time the application for a certificate of inspection is filed with the City shall be charged a fee of twenty-five dollars ($25.00), unless said property owner provides the Building Department with one full business day's notice of cancellation of the appointment.
