(a) Separate permits shall be required for any temporary elevator or lift for passenger service, also for the erection, placing, installation or reconstruction of all sidewalk elevators, lifts, vaults, chutes, coal-holes, awnings overhanging public property, and for the installation of tanks for the storage of oil or any other flammable liquids or materials.
(b) Separate permits shall also be required for the installation of all plumbing and electrical work.
(c) Separate permits shall also be required for all signs exceeding in size, or in their projection over public property, such limits as are now or may hereafter be established by ordinance. (Ord. 3-1935. Passed 4-23-35.)
